Corporate Paralegal - Hybrid
Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for its Greenwich, CT office. This is a hybrid role with all-in compensation ranging up to $130,000.
This person should have at least 2 years of Corporate Paralegal experience. This person would ideally have experience with corporate formations and Mergers & Acquisitions, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Global Entity Management. Support the formation, tracking, and dissolution of deal and fund entities.
- Regulatory Filings: Manage and track regulatory filings, including those under the Corporate Transparency Act.
- KYC Documentation: Oversee customer due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for deal and fund entities.
- Legal Billing: Track and manage legal billing for relationships with outside counsel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an M&A Paralegal or Investment Firm Paralegal
- Private equity firm or big law preferred
- Strong understanding of M&A and corporate law, preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong team player who can work independently and function as part of a dynamic and collaborative team across global offices.
